This 12 week program is for the all in athlete, the athlete who is looking to podium in their age group or maybe overall. This athlete is no stranger to racing but is looking for a more specific racing program to help push them to their next target.

The program includes 6 sessions a week and 5 video consulations to review information, data and discuss stratgegy 

 

This program goes into individual detail prescribing specific paces for your workouts and indiviualised detail on your performance

Functional Fitness competitions

Triathlon

OCR
