Jay is an Elite Hyrox Competitor, 4x Ironman finisher, Sprint distance Great British competitor, 4x Ultramarathon runner turned functional fitness fanatic. Starting out as a lightweight running machine, he has since evolved into an all-round functional fitness developer.

From competing in the world's longest one day endurance event, to seeing how far he can push himself in the weights room, Jay loves a challenge.

 

What you may not see, is his passion around the potential of the human body; researching, understanding and always learning about how the body can adapt.

 

Not only training others, Jay lives by his work, continually taking himself from one extreme to another to demonstrate the possibilities.
